THE BEST CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS WILL REACH FROM THE DAVIS MOUNTAINS NORTHEAST INTO THE SOUTHERN PERMIAN BASIN AND THE LOWER TRANS PECOS. RAINFALL RATES OF AN INCH TO ONE AND A HALF INCHES PER HOUR MAY RESULT IN LOCAL FLASH FLOODING AND FLOODING OF ARROYOS...DRAWS...LOW WATER CROSSINGS...AND OTHER POORLY DRAINED AREAS.
