WASHINGTON DC AND THE TIDAL POTOMAC RIVER. .DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT TORNADO WATCH NUMBER 148 IS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT FOR THE ENTIRE AREA EXCEPT GRANT...HIGHLAND...AND PENDLETON COUNTIES.
