  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 15 MILES SOUTH
  OF MAYERSVILLE...OR ABOUT 9 MILES SOUTH OF LAKE PROVIDENCE...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 60 MPH.
