EXPECT STORMS TO DEVELOP OVER THE WESTERN MOGOLLON RIM FIRST TODAY...AND THEN OVER MUCH OF THE REMAINING HIGH TERRAIN BY NOON MST. STORMS WILL DRIFT WEST AND SOUTHWEST AT ABOUT 5 TO 10 MPH.
