THE AREA OF CONCERN IS NORTH OF HIGHWAY TWO. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE ALONG THE MANITOBA AND MINNESOTA BORDER THIS EVENING CAUSING THESE STORMS TO DEVELOP.
