* AT 437 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING NICKEL SIZED HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR ALTO...AND MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.
