SANTEE RIVER SOUTH CAROLINA TO ALTAMAHA SOUND GEORGIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.
.HEAVY RAINFALL...NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP ALONG AND TO THE SOUTH OF A SLOW MOVING FRONTAL BOUNDARY
TODAY. MANY OF THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE VERY HEAVY
DOWNPOURS...POSSIBLY CAUSING MINOR TEMPORARY FLOODING WITH STANDING
WATER ON ROADWAYS AND IN LOW LYING AREAS. A FEW OF THE STORMS MAY
ALSO BECOME STRONG WITH BRIEF GUSTY WINDS AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING
STRIKES.
