ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS
WEDNESDAY...THEN ACROSS SOUTHERN IOWA AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS
WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. MOISTURE WILL BE PULLED NORTH AHEAD
OF THIS LOW...THEN UP AND OVER THE COLD AIRMASS IN PLACE ACROSS
THE AREA. SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA
AND NORTHERN IOWA WEDNESDAY EVENING...THEN SPREAD EAST ACROSS
SOUTHERN WISCONSIN AND NORTHERN ILLINOIS LATER WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
THURSDAY.

THE LATEST INDICATIONS ARE THAT ENOUGH MOISTURE AND LIFT WILL BE
AVAILABLE TO PRODUCE A BAND OF SEVERAL INCHES OF SNOW ACROSS THE
AREA WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. HOWEVER THE EXACT TRACK OF THE
LOW REMAINS IN QUESTION...THUS WHERE THE BAND OF HEAVIEST SNOW
WOULD FALL IS NOT CERTAIN. THE PRESENT EXPECTED LOW TRACK WOULD PUT
THE BAND OF HEAVIEST SNOW ON A LINE FROM ROCHESTER TO LA CROSSE TO
RICHLAND CENTER.
