AND CENTRAL NEW MEXICO FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITIES. IN
ADDITION...SUSTAINED WINDS OVER 30 MPH AND GUSTS TO 50 MPH COULD
AFFECT HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING ON NORTH SOUTH ORIENTED
ROADWAYS.
