TORNADOES...HAIL TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS
TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

OUTFLOWS...BUT LOWER TO MID 60 DEWPOINTS SHOULD SPREAD NWD AS SELY
WINDS STRENGTHEN IN RESPONSE TO APPROACHING UPPER SYSTEM. STEEP
LAPSE RATES AND THE DRIER BOUNDARY LAYER SUGGESTS THAT SEVERE HAIL
AND WINDS ARE THE MAIN THREATS. HOWEVER...THE FORECAST OF STRONGLY
VEERING WIND PROFILES AND APPROACH OF UPPER VORT INDICATES A THREAT
OF TORNADOES ALSO.
