A WW COULD BE REQUIRED FOR HAIL AND WIND. SURFACE ANALYSIS SHOWS WEAK SURFACE PRESSURE TROUGH EXTENDING FROM WI ACROSS IA AND NEBRASKA...COINCIDENT WITH LOW LEVEL DEFORMATION ZONE.
