UPPER LOW MOVING SLOWLY FROM EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA INTO WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS WILL KEEP CLOUDY SKIES AND WELL BELOW TEMPS ACROSS THE DISTRICT TONIGHT AND TUESDAY. RAIN SHOWERS WILL PERSIST THROUGHOUT THE PERIOD ALONG WITH A RISK OF SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS UNTIL MIDNIGHT.
