YANKTON SOUTH DAKOTA...TO SIOUX FALLS...TO WINDOM MINNESOTA LINE. A
FEW OF THE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY TO NICKEL SIZED
HAIL. THE TIMEFRAME OF CONCERN WILL BE ABOUT FROM 7 PM CDT TO 10 PM
CDT THIS EVENING. AT THIS TIME...WINDS ALOFT DO NOT APPEAR TO
SUPPORT A DAMAGING WIND THREAT.
