IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS SOUTH OF A LIBERAL TO
LARNED LINE, BETWEEN 4 PM AND 11 PM CDT.  THE MAIN HAZARD FROM
THESE STORMS WILL BE HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS.
