SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO THE EASTERN TEXAS
PANHANDLE OVERNIGHT. SOME STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE WITH THE
PRIMARY THREAT BEING DAMAGING WINDS. ALSO...BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL
REQUIRE A CAUTION ON AREA LAKES THROUGH TONIGHT.
