THERE IS A MODERATE RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS THIS EVENING AND
TONIGHT ACROSS ALL OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES. THE MAIN
SEVERE WEATHER THREATS WILL BE TORNADOES...LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING
WINDS AND TORRENTIAL RAINFALL.
