THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TUCSON HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL COCHISE COUNTY IN ARIZONA

* UNTIL 430 PM MST

* AT 128 PM MST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN OVER THE CHIRICAHUA MOUNTAINS...OR ABOUT 35 MILES NORTH OF    
  DOUGLAS...MOVING WEST AT 10 MPH.

DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN 
LESS THAN AN HOUR OVER TURKEY CREEK ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE 
CHIRICAHUA MOUNTAINS. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING TO 
THE EAST OF THE CHIRICAHUAS AND MOVING TOWARD THE WARNING AREA.

CAMPERS AND HIKERS ALONG CREEKS AND IN CANYONS...ESPECIALLY IN THE 
CHIRICAHUA MOUNTAINS..NEED TO MOVE TO HIGH GROUND IN ORDER TO ESCAPE 
THE FLOOD WATERS.
