* UNTIL 845 AM CDT

* AT 540 AM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH
  FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM NEAR EMPORIA...MOVING EAST AT 5 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  ADMIRE
  NEOSHO RAPIDS
  EMPORIA

THE EMPORIA POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTED WATER WAS BEGINNING TO COVER 
THE STREETS IN EMPORIA...WITH UNDERPASSES FILLING WITH WATER. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND...AWAY FROM RISING WATER.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. THE WATER
