INTO THE NYC METRO AREA OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS. STEEP MID LEVEL
LAPSE RATE FEED INTO THE BACK SIDE OF CONVECTION WILL MAINTAIN
MUCAPES AROUND 1500 J/KG AND SUPPORT THREAT FOR MARGINALLY SEVERE
