THUNDERSTORMS ARE INTENSIFYING AHEAD OF DEVELOPING 850MB LOW WHICH
WILL LIFT ACROSS KS INTO WCNTRL MO LATER THIS MORNING. SFC
TEMPERATURES HAVE COOLED BELOW FREEZING AND IT APPEARS POCKETS OF
HEAVY SLEET WILL ACCOMPANY THIS ACTIVITY...WITH NRN MOST PORTIONS
