THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL DAVIS COUNTY IN UTAH
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF FARMINGTON

* UNTIL 445 PM MDT

* AT 333 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY
  RAIN OVER FARMINGTON...OR ABOUT 3 MILES NORTH OF FARMINGTON.  THE
  AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL REMAIN 
OVER EAST CENTRAL DAVIS COUNTY THROUGH 410 PM MDT

A THUNDERSTORM HAS DEVELOPED OVER THE FARMINGTON CANYON BURN AREA AND IS 
EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN THIS GENERAL AREA FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT 30-45 MINUTES. 
ADDITIONAL RAIN OVER THIS AREA WILL RESULT IN MUD AND DEBRIS FLOWS AND FLASH
FLOODING. 

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS
SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY
AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS, ABANDON IT IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK
HIGHER GROUND.
