THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL DAVIS COUNTY IN UTAH
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF FARMINGTON

* UNTIL 1245 AM MDT

* AT 940 PM MDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED MUD AND DEBRIS FLOWS OUT
  OF THE CANYONS ABOVE FARMINGTON.

RECENT RAINS HAVE CREATED MUD AND DEBRIS FLOWS OUT OF THE CANYONS 
ABOVE FARMINGTON.  THESE DEBRIS FLOWS ARE IN OLD BURN AREAS FROM 
LAST SUMMER.  ADDITIONAL RAIN DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS COULD 
CREATE ADDITIONAL MUD AND DEBRIS FLOWS IN THE WARNING AREA.  PEOPLE 
NEAR THE OLD BURN AREAS NEED TO MONITOR THIS SITUATION CLOSELY 
TONIGHT.
