CENTRAL KANE COUNTY IN UTAH * UNTIL 630 PM MDT * AT 428 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL KANE COUNTY...OR ABOUT 21 MILES NORTHEAST OF KANAB JUST NORTHWEST OF HIGHWAY 89...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS WASHES...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS. IN PARTICULAR...HEAVY RAIN IS OCCURRING IN THE KITCHEN CORRAL WASH AND THE VERMILION CLIFFS AREA. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
