THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTY IN UTAH

* UNTIL 915 PM MDT

* AT 706 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY       
  HEAVY RAIN OVER SEVERAL CREEKS THAT DRAIN INTO THE NORTH FORK OF   
  THE VIRGIN RIVER AND THE ZION NARROWS. INCREASED WATER LEVELS ARE  
  EXPECTED ON THESE CREEKS AS WELL AS ON THE VIRGIN RIVER THROUGH    
  THE NARROWS.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
