LINGERING MOISTURE AND INSTABILITY WILL ALLOW FOR ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS IN THE NORTHEAST OREGON AND SOUTHEAST WASHINGTON
MOUNTAINS ON TUESDAY. AFTER TUESDAY DRY AND STABLE AIR WILL MOVE
