NORTHWESTERN PASSAIC COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY * UNTIL 415 PM EDT * AT 224 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR BLOOMINGDALE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
