GALVESTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS * UNTIL 730 PM CDT * AT 524 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IN TEXAS CITY AND DICKINSON BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY 3 AND INTERSTATE 45. RADAR ESTIMATES OF 3 TO 5 INCHES HAS FALLEN IN THIS AREA.
