* AT 536 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 6 MILES NORTH OF
  THE MONUMENT ROCKS...OR ABOUT 15 MILES NORTHEAST OF SCOTT STATE
  LAKE...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
