LOGAN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 545 PM CDT * AT 510 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER EAST CENTRAL LOGAN COUNTY...OR ABOUT 12 MILES NORTH OF SCOTT STATE LAKE...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
