* UNTIL 445 PM CDT

* AT 405 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.  THIS TORNADO
  WAS LOCATED 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DESHLER...OR ABOUT 38 MILES NORTH
  OF CONCORDIA...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
