* AT 659 AM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A SMALL CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS BETWEEN
  HELOTES...BOERNE...KENDALIA...AND CANYON LAKE. RAINFALL RATES OF  
  1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WERE NOTED AND WILL MOVE SLOWLY NORTHEAST
  FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
