* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  COMAL

* UNTIL 1100 AM CDT

* AT 901 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE SPRING BRANCH...SMITHSON VALLEY...
  GUADALUPE RIVER STATE PARK...FISCHER AND CANYON LAKE DAM.

HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OVER SMALL CREEKS AND
STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS...UNDERPASSES AND POORLY 
DRAINED AREAS. HEAVY RAINS UP TO 4 INCHES ARE DUMPING INTO THE 
GUADALUPE RIVER AND ITS TRIBUTARIES WHICH MAY RESULT IN FLOODING 
ALONG RIVER ROAD. 

FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS WATER COVERED AREAS. A LITTLE
OVER A FOOT OF WATER CAN CARRY AWAY MOST CARS AND TRUCKS. TURN AROUND
- DONT DROWN.
