  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM 9 MILES SOUTHWEST OF SAN
  MARCOS...OR ABOUT 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF NEW BRAUNFELS...MOVING
  NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.


EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
