  VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS CLARK AND LEE COUNTIES.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN THE QUAD CITIES HAS CANCELLED 
THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR LEE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST IOWA AND 
CLARK COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI.

RAINFALL HAS MOVED EAST OUT OF THE AREA...AND LOCAL OFFICIALS 
REPORT THAT CONDITIONS HAVE IMPROVED.  THEREFORE...THE FLASH FLOOD 
WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
