PRATT COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS * UNTIL 820 PM CDT * AT 736 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 4 MILES WEST OF PRATT. ANOTHER STORM CAPABLE OF A TORNADO WAS NEAR ISABEL. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
