AFTERNOON...AND INTO CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA BY MIDNIGHT.  SOUTHEAST
WINDS WILL BRING MOISTURE INTO THE AREA DURING THE AFTERNOON HELPING
MAKE THE ATMOSPHERE UNSTABLE.  SOME THUNDERSTORMS COULD BECOME
SEVERE AND COULD HAVE HEAVY RAIN.
