THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GAYLORD HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  GLADWIN COUNTY IN NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN

* UNTIL 1230 AM EDT

* AT 1004 PM EDT...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING
  FROM THUNDERSTORMS THAT HAVE MOVED THROUGH GROUT AND SAGE TOWNSHIPS. 
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN OF UP TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH WILL MOVE 
  THROUGH GLADWIN COUNTY THROUGH 1100 PM EDT...WHICH MAY PRODUCE ADDITIONAL 
  LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING. WATER WAS REPORTED TO BE RUNNING OVER 
  PRATT LAKE ROAD IN SAGE TOWNSHIP AND MCCULLOUGH ROAD IN GROUT 
  TOWNSHIP WAS REPORTEDLY WASHED OUT DUE TO THE HEAVY RAINS.
