* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTH CENTRAL SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA

* UNTIL 430 PM PDT

* AT 125 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORM WITH HEAVY RAIN IN THE TWENTYNINE PALMS 
  AND JOSHUA TREE CITY AREA REMAINING NEARLY STATIONARY.

FLOODING OF ROADWAYS AND WASHES IN THE AREA IS EXPECTED UNTIL 415 PM
