CENTRAL SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA * UNTIL 300 PM PDT * AT 1203 PM PDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY...OR ABOUT 19 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NIPTON WHICH WAS REMAINING NEARLY STATIONARY.
