* ALTHOUGH RAINFALL HAS DIMINISHED SIGNIFICANTLY AND FLOOD WATERS
  HAVE BEGUN TO RECEDE...SOME FLOODING IS LINGERING IN AND AROUND 
  TWENTYNINE PALMS. THEREFORE THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WHICH WAS DUE 
  TO EXPIRE AT 530 PM HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 730 PM.
