AN ADDITIONAL SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION WAS LOCATED 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF GOWEN...MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH. THESE DANGEROUS STORMS COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME. * SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE...WILBURTON... HIGGINS...DAMON AND RED OAK.
