* AT 508 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH
  STRONG ROTATION 25 MILES WEST OF VINITA...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
  THIS DANGEROUS STORM COULD PRODUCE A TORNADO AT ANY TIME.
