* AT 628 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG ROTATION 18 MILES   
  NORTHWEST OF VIAN. THIS DANGEROUS STORM IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25  
  MPH. THIS STORM HAS PRODUCED SEVERAL TORNADOS IN NORTHEAST         
  MUSKOGEE COUNTY.
