THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
  CHEROKEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA

* UNTIL 845 PM CDT

* AT 552 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  OVER CHEROKEE COUNTY...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. RADAR INDICATES 
  THAT 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN OVER THE WARNED AREA.     
  ANOTHER 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 845 PM CDT. THE CITIES OF
  TAHLEQUAH AND HULBERT WILL BE THE MOST AFFECTED BY THIS HEAVY      
  RAINFALL.
