SATELLITE DATA SHOW A MID LEVEL DRY SURGE ASSOCIATED WITH A STRONG 100+ KT MID/UPPER JET SPREADING NEWD THROUGH S CNTRL KS. THE STRONG PRESSURE FALLS ACROSS CNTRL KS APPEAR TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH STRONG FORCING IN THE EXIT REGION OF THE UPPER JET. THIS JET AND ITS ATTENDANT LOW LEVEL JET WILL CONTINUE TO SHIFT NEWD TOWARD NERN KS TONIGHT. FORCING ASSOCIATED WITH THESE JETS MAY SUPPORT CONVECTION DEVELOPING INTO NERN KS TONIGHT. INSTABILITY IS VERY LIMITED IN NERN KS.
