60 KTS...ROTATING UPDRAFTS ARE EXPECTED. THE LOW LEVEL JET WILL
SHIFT EWD THROUGH THE DAY ACROSS AR/WRN TN AND INCREASE TO AROUND
40KTS...WHICH WILL SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF SEVERE
