A WW IS NOT ANTICIPATED DUE TO THE VERY LOCALIZED NATURE OF THE EVENT. THIS MORNING SCATTERED STORMS CONTINUE DEVELOPING OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF ERN TN. VWP DATA SHOW THE LOW LEVEL FLOW HAS VEERED TO NWLY DURING THE PAST COUPLE HOURS. THOUGH THE FLOW IS WEAK...IT IS LIKELY ENHANCING UPSLOPE COMPONENT. THIS IN CONJUNCTION WITH A WEAK CAP APPEAR TO BE AT LEAST PARTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR INITIATION OF THE STORMS. THE ACTIVITY IS DEVELOPING IN A MODERATELY UNSTABLE ENVIRONMENT WITH KINEMATIC PROFILES SUPPORTIVE OF PULSE STORMS. ISOLATED WET MICRO BURSTS AND SMALL HAIL WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER CORES NEXT COUPLE HOURS.
