BOUNDARY LAYER AIR MASS IS DEEPENING AHEAD OF COLD FRONT FROM
CENTRAL MO NEWD INTO ERN IL AS STRONG SUNSHINE AND VEERED LOW
LEVEL FLOW PERSISTS.  IT APPEARS BOUNDARY LAYER IS NEAR
CONVECTIVE TEMPERATURE ACROSS PORTIONS OF MO WHERE SCATTERED CU
HAVE RECENTLY DEVELOPED.  AS MOISTURE ADVECTS NEWD ACROSS THE
BOOTHEEL INTO SRN IL ADDITIONAL DESTABILIZATION IS EXPECTED OVER
