A WW MAY BE NEEDED IN THIS AREA IN THE NEXT 1-2 HOURS IF MORE ORGANIZATION IS OBSERVED. RECENT OBSERVATIONS OVER SERN WY/WRN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE INDICATED A MODERATE PRESSURE/FALL RISE COUPLET WITH 2 MB/HR RISES NOTED AT LAR AND 0.5-1.0 MB FALLS OVER THE WRN NEB PANHANDLE. 30 KT MID LEVEL SPEED MAX ASSOCIATED WITH VORT MAX MOVING OVER SRN WY WILL SUPPORT SOME STORM ORGANIZATION. MODERATE E-W ORIENTED INSTABILITY AXIS WITH MLCAPES FROM 1500-2000 J/KG EXTENDED FROM THE DEVELOPING CONVECTION INTO THE NEB PANHANDLE.
