CURRENTLY APPEARS PRIMARY SEVERE WILL BE CLOSER TO PEAK AFTERNOON HEATING. INCREASE IN THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS ONGOING ACROSS PARTS OF THE EASTERN CENTRAL PLAINS.
